Online business services provider Ideal Diamond Solutions filed Chapter 11 yesterday in Brooklyn, New York.   A meeting of creditors will take place on November 29. The company listed liabilities of $100,000 to $500,000 and assets of less than $100,000. As of press time, their website portfolio list was “under construction” and their blog had not been updated since January.

Ideal Diamond Solutions customizes  ”turn-key” e-commerce solutions for independent retail jewelers, designers, manufacturers and jewelry organizations.  Services included organic search engine optimization,  pay-per-click ad campaigns, and a distribution network which directs consumers from higher volume “core shopping sites” to local microsites.
